1. About Gods of Logic

Gods of Logic is an entertainment universe created by MindYourLogic.

The website may include or link to stories, characters, comics, games, puzzles and quizzes, videos, animation, audio content, educational and edutainment material, mobile applications, books, merchandise, community channels, social-media pages, competitions or promotional activities, and other interactive experiences.

We may introduce, change or discontinue features over time.

2. Our Stories and Creative Adaptations

Many Gods of Logic stories are inspired by Indian legends, traditional narratives, scriptures, folklore, regional traditions and cultural storytelling.

These stories may have multiple versions, interpretations and regional traditions. Gods of Logic may adapt them for entertainment and storytelling purposes.

Our adaptations may include simplified storylines, original dialogue, new scenes, new adventures, fictional situations, puzzles and challenges, humorous moments, new interactions between characters, condensed timelines, creative visual interpretations, and game-specific story elements.

These creative choices should not be interpreted as a claim that our version is the only or definitive version of a traditional story.

3. Historical, Cultural and Story Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to treat the stories, characters and traditions represented on Gods of Logic respectfully. However, traditional narratives can vary substantially between sources, regions and traditions.

We therefore cannot guarantee that every interpretation presented on Gods of Logic will match every version of a story.

If you believe we have made a mistake involving a character, character relationship, name or spelling, event, traditional story, cultural reference, location, illustration, description, translation, or historical or literary reference, please email support@mindyourlogic.com.

Please include the relevant page, character or story and explain what you believe should be corrected. We appreciate constructive feedback and may review or update the content where appropriate. Submitting a correction does not guarantee that the requested change will be made.

4. Entertainment and Educational Purpose

Gods of Logic content is primarily provided for entertainment, storytelling and edutainment purposes.

Content on the website should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, religious, academic, historical, or other professional advice or authority.

Users who require authoritative information should consult appropriate primary sources, scholars, teachers or qualified professionals.

5. Children and Families

The Gods of Logic website contains intellectual property owned by MindYourLogic or used with appropriate permission.

This may include Gods of Logic branding, logos, character designs, illustrations, animations, game artwork, user-interface designs, original scripts, dialogue, comics, videos, music, sound effects, game presentation, website designs, graphic assets, original stories and adaptations, written content, and promotional material.

These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual-property laws.

8. Traditional Characters and Original Creative Work

Some characters, names, stories or concepts represented on Gods of Logic originate from traditional, historical, cultural or public-domain sources.

MindYourLogic does not claim ownership over traditional stories or cultural material merely because those stories appear on Gods of Logic.

However, our original expression of those materials may be protected, including original character artwork, specific visual designs, animation, dialogue, scripts, game levels, story arrangements, illustrations, puzzle designs, videos, comics and branding.

The existence of a traditional character does not give permission to copy Gods of Logic artwork, animation, game assets or other original creative material.

9. Gods of Logic Brand

The Gods of Logic name, logo, visual identity and associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation without our permission.

You may not create misleading websites, applications, social-media accounts or products that impersonate Gods of Logic or MindYourLogic.

10. Personal and Non-Commercial Use

Unless we explicitly provide otherwise, website content is provided for personal viewing and enjoyment.

You may not commercially reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, modify, repackage, upload, broadcast, create merchandise from, or use in another commercial product our protected content without permission.

11. Screenshots, Sharing and Social Media

We welcome reasonable sharing of Gods of Logic content for discussion, discovery and personal social-media use where permitted.

Sharing should not reproduce entire paid products, distribute full books or comics, upload complete games, remove ownership information, misrepresent the source, claim our artwork as your own, or be used commercially without permission.

Where possible, please credit Gods of Logic / MindYourLogic and link to the original content.

12. User Submissions and Feedback

You may occasionally submit feedback, suggestions, corrections, reviews, comments, competition entries, support messages or ideas.

You retain ownership of material that you legally own. However, by submitting feedback or suggestions, you acknowledge that MindYourLogic may independently create or already be developing similar ideas.

General feedback and suggestions may be used to improve our services without an obligation to compensate you.

Please do not send unsolicited confidential creative material, complete manuscripts, confidential concepts, unpublished commercial projects or other proprietary creative material unless we specifically request it.

Those platforms operate independently from MindYourLogic. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Gods of Logic may promote or link to games and applications created by MindYourLogic.

Individual applications may have separate terms, privacy policies, store rules, subscription terms or purchase terms. Where an application contains separate terms, those terms may apply in addition to these website Terms.

17. App Stores

Games and applications may be distributed through platforms such as Google Play, Apple App Store and other app stores.

Purchases, subscriptions and refunds made through an app store may also be subject to that store’s rules and policies.

18. Shop and Merchandise

Gods of Logic may eventually offer books, toys, apparel, accessories, collectibles, digital products, merchandise and other products.

Product availability, pricing and specifications may change.

We try to represent products accurately, but colours, proportions or packaging may appear slightly different depending on devices, production batches or manufacturing processes.

Prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice.

Where applicable, prices may include or exclude taxes, shipping, duties or transaction fees depending on the location and purchase method.

The final amount will ordinarily be displayed before a transaction is completed.

MindYourLogic may not directly receive or store full payment-card information when transactions are handled by a payment processor.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, pricing was displayed incorrectly, payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, shipping is unavailable, or an order violates applicable law.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, appropriate reimbursement will be handled according to the applicable purchase terms.

Physical products may be governed by additional shipping, return, cancellation and refund policies. These policies may vary depending on the product and destination.

Digital products may have different refund rules because access can sometimes be delivered immediately.

This is particularly relevant to traditional stories that may have many different versions.

33. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not make guarantees that the website will always be available, every feature will be error-free, every story interpretation will be universally accepted, every external link will remain available, or every product will always remain in stock.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MindYourLogic will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of or inability to use Gods of Logic.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

You are responsible for using the website lawfully, protecting your devices and accounts, supervising minors where appropriate, reviewing purchase information before payment, and following applicable third-party platform rules.
